2. Regional Thread found in Gameplay (players must still apply on the P2TM Thread to join);

- DOS Nations: Delete-on-Site nations will be dropped from the membership roster and removed from the OSF.
- Tiers: There are three membership tiers.:
1. Founder. Members that either founded the original Pædagog or else helped refound this current incarnation;
2. Echelon: these people assist the Founders in running the organization; they're happy flunkies that have extra time to dedicate towards mailing lists, moderating discussions/debates/OSF forums or the IRC, neatening forum code, etc. Many serve as Regional Officers;
3. Member: general membership. General membership includes both experienced RPers and beginners alike. - Application Process: : In an effort to weed out "sig collectors" or those who sign up for no reason other than boredom, the application process is as follows:
1. Interested persons will submit a formal application on the official Pædagog thread;
2. There will be a brief introductory period. Pædagog members will ask questions raging from serious to silly in an effort to get to know the applicant better. The speed in which you are approved depends entirely upon the promptness of your replies and the level of your activity in Pædagog over the following few days;
3. Founders and Officers will review your application and activity and then make a determination. Official Membership acceptance is posted by the Pædagog Admin account.
VI. Region
The Pædagog Region is open to all members of the Pædagog Role Play Group.
- Regional Membership defined: Regional Membership pertains to the player, not nation. Players are encouraged to move a nation to the Region. However, players that are active in their home regions are encouraged to stay there.
- The Region will utilize a password to block non-Members from joining. The password shall be changed after a Member joins; Members have 24 hours to join the region before the password is automatically changed. Members shall declare ahead of time which nation/s they are bringing to the Region.
- Region participation is not a requirement for this group unless the Member serves as an Officer.
Parking Surplus Nations: Players are encouraged to park their various Pædagog-active nations in the region. Example: if you have a PT puppet that you are using for Pædagog nation RP, you may park it there. The Pædagog Region is not a parking spot for all your puppets, however. Caveat: the occasional Zombie Invasions are the only time Pædagog will allow mass puppet occupation. - Governance: The Region will be governed by Regional Officers. These are the Role Play Group's Founders and Echelon. Members are encouraged to become Echelon.
- The Pædagog administrative account is accessible by all Founders.
- World Assembly: The Pædagog Region does not participate in World Assembly gameplay at this time. The Region reserves the right to participate down the line. Currently, we do not endorse each other nor do we permit anyone to become Regional WAD.
VII. Events and Activities
Pædagog may occasionally participate in NS-related events or activities. These include:
- The NS World's Fair, either as guest speakers or with a booth;
- Guest speakers on another RP group's threads, IRCs, or OSF;
- Non-Participatory mentors for Members running affiliated games (in other words, behind the scenes assistance;
- Supporting teachers running classroom regions;
- Running organization-sponsored RP games in the Diplomacy or P2TM forums, including nation-based political organizations in the NationStates subforum.
VIII. R/D (Gameplay)
- Pædagog does NOT participate in R/D gameplay. Though we have Members that do participate in it, we do NOT allow the Region to serve as a jump point.
- Players that raid or defend are welcome to join our organization provided they join because they are roleplayers.
- We support gameplay's right to participate in R/D; We recognize that gameplay is one facet of NationStates.
- We ask that raiders please respect our efforts to remain non-participatory in R/D.
In the event of a raid, all Region Members are to go silent. Founders and Officers will declare the RMB as IC-Only. Only Founders and Officers may engage raiders using the RMB during this period. Invaders may voluntarily leave; we will not kick you from the region. Why? Invaders automatically become subject to RMB and Regional roleplay and, as characters participating in a Region RP, We the GMs shall paint you in whatever light we so choose. We retain the right to sully your organization further by posting portions of RMB IC ROLEPLAY DURING OCCUPATION in our Gameplay thread for educational (critique) purposes.
